Balloting of Eden Meadows

Dear All,

Time keeps on going, eden people are forcing for developing charges. I have received cancellation letter twice for delaying payments of development charges. This is unbelievable, especially considering the fact that I have paid 13 installments, and was the pioneer customer.

Still there is no map available and I dont even know the piece of land where my plot will be actually located. All members, please contact me at u04136@yahoo.com to raise the voice.

Interestingly when I recieved the cancellation notice for delayed payments, it had a very close deadline for payments, and stated 'you will be responsible for all the financial loss to yoursefl'. This is like harassing and blackmailing the customers.

Letter From LDA to Eden Housing

Hello Eveyone!

Even after a year of booking a plot at Eden Meadows, I am still unaware of actual plot location, scheme map, and so on. Have paid more than Rs.3 lacs.

Although there is no sign of balloting/map so far, Eden Housing has sent me a letter demanding development charges; frustrating.

And here comes the bomb shell: LDA has accused Eden Housing of launching the same project with different names. If you see the booklet of Eden Meadows, it reads: "Eden Meadows: at eden Garden Extension". That means Eden Meadows was supposed to be at the extension of eden garden. And now they have launched another scheme named "Eden Garden Extension". This is like fooling the masses. The rates of Eden Garden Extension are half than those received for Eden Meadows. What the hell is that?

I am very much concerned about my investment. The LDA letter I am talking about is attached with this post. All members please come together and build pressure on Eden Housing to stop this nonsense.

Call for Association

Hey friends!
I am an ordinary Pakistani, who spent his hard earned money on a plot booking in Eden Meadows when it first launched in July 2010. Despite their promise about balloting in three months, I haven't heard about balloting after almost a year and continuosly depositing installments. My concerns about my inverstment are getting deeper by the day!

I therefore call all members who have booked plots in Eden Meadows to join hands with me and make an Eden Meadows Members Association, on this platform, and build pressure on Eden Housing to speed up the process.
