Even after a year of booking a plot at Eden Meadows, I am still unaware of actual plot location, scheme map, and so on. Have paid more than Rs.3 lacs.
Although there is no sign of balloting/map so far, Eden Housing has sent me a letter demanding development charges; frustrating.
And here comes the bomb shell: LDA has accused Eden Housing of launching the same project with different names. If you see the booklet of Eden Meadows, it reads: "Eden Meadows: at eden Garden Extension". That means Eden Meadows was supposed to be at the extension of eden garden. And now they have launched another scheme named "Eden Garden Extension". This is like fooling the masses. The rates of Eden Garden Extension are half than those received for Eden Meadows. What the hell is that?
I am very much concerned about my investment. The LDA letter I am talking about is attached with this post. All members please come together and build pressure on Eden Housing to stop this nonsense.

ReplyDeleteOn one side, i have read in the newspaper that eden housing has been given award for best performance during the year and on the other hand, their housing schemes are being cancelled. What the hell is this?
We all should gather and meet Eden Housing people to tell us the true story if they are going to allocate plot or not.
If the scheme is cancelled, then how can they do allocation and what about the money that we have already paid to this company.
This award thing is all fake. Such awards are always awarded based on political affiliations and bribery; just to fool the masses.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is I cannot find more people who are registered with eden meadows. I believe if we can have 10~15 members, we can talk to Eden Management more effectively and may move the court if needed.
i got one offer that one person want to sold out his 5 marla on 30 percent less plot located at feroze pur road ie meadow villa. so i went at Eden society office and inquire of about the status of plot what they reply to me i was not satisfied later on i check LDA web site found comment of people who already invested in this scheme hence got valuable information.so i decided not to invest in this scheme thank you very much providing such information.
